Formaldehyde resin KR series (also known as polyacetal resin) is a colorless and transparent to light yellow,  anti-yellowing aliphatic aldehydes hard resin, also known as a panacea resin. Its appearance is divided into granulation small semi-circular rules and non-granulation irregular small particles, be used in solvent-based coatings and inks, solvent-free coatings, UV light curable coatings, powder coatings, resins modified, and other systems as a special hard resin. Formaldehyde resin KR series can be marked to improve the anti-yellowing of the paint film, to shorten the drying time, to increase the film hardness, fullness and shine, to increase the solid content. Because of low-viscosity characteristics, formaldehyde resin KR series can reduce the usage of organic solvent paint industry and reduce atmospheric pollution caused by VOC emissions. Formaldehyde resin KR series have an excellent dispersion in the metal pigment and other pigment wetting, while soluble in most organic solvents, so they are fit for oil-soluble condiments. In particular, they can reduce the cost of universal color paddle more than 40%, and middle-low solvent adaptation much better than those of similar products abroad. Formaldehyde resin KR series can also be used for powder coatings and chlorinated rubber modified and so on. In general, the performance of formaldehyde KR series has reached even more than similar foreign products and it is widely used in coating of paint, ink and other industries as a special resin.
1. Solution
Formaldehyde resin KR series is soluble in most of solvents, such as alcohols, esters, ketones, ethers, aromatic solvents, aliphatic hydrocarbons, while similar foreign products are not soluble in aliphatic hydrocarbons solvents, only a limited use of this solvent to dilute. Formaldehyde resin KR series is not soluble in water.
